Community Technology Centers' Network (CTCNet) CTCNet is a national, non-profit membership organization of more than 250 independent community technology centers where people get free or low-cost access to computers and computer-related technology, such as the Internet, together with learning opportunities that encourage exploration and discovery.

Consortium for CTCs
The America Connects Consortium is a
collaboration of eight partners and allied organizations, funded by the U.S.
Department of Education, who are working together to bring information,
training, technical assistance, public attention, and new resources to
community technology centers across the country.

Computers In Our Future (CIOF) is a five-year model program that seeks to
strengthen the health of Californians by increasing access to computer
technology, training and jobs for young people in low-income communities.
