A 3 step by step process on how to get a digital TV Converter Box online.

Go to https://www.dtv2009.gov/ApplyCoupon.aspx (or click here) and fill out the information (this process should only take a minute or two of your time).
Your $40.00 coupon should arrive in the mail within 14 days, but could take slightly longer.
Note: Coupons are available Between January 1, 2008 and March 31, 2009 (while supplies last).
Once you receive your coupon, you have only 90 days to use it!
Step 2.
Go to a Big-Box Retailer (store) such as Circuit City, Best Buy, K-Mart, Radio Shack, Sears, Target or Walmart to purchase your DTV Converter Box.

You Can Also Buy Online - Choose an online retailer who accepts converter box coupon. Be prepared with your:
- Converter coupon card
- A method of payment
- The address you’d like the converter box delivered to
Be advised that it should not cost you the consumer more than $25.00 including shipping out of pocket for the whole transaction (After using the coupon.)
Step 3.
After you receive your converter box in the mail, visit this website for installation help with your converter box if needed.
